At VocalArt Miami™, we develop confident, expressive, and technically skilled artists ready for the stage, TV, and competition.

We expect commitment, respect, and responsibility from both students and parents.

• $50 non-refundable registration fee (new students only)

• $50 yearly technical support fee (equipment, microphones)

• Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of each month

• All lessons must be paid in advance. No lessons will be provided without prior payment.

• Late fee: $25 after the 5th; $50 after the 7th

• Additional charges may apply for concerts, videos, costumes, tickets, media, etc.

• No refunds for group classes or missed lessons

• All balances must be cleared for students to participate in performances or continue lessons

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will count as a completed lesson

• Private lessons: cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to reschedule

• Max 2 make-up lessons per month, valid only within the same calendar month

• Late arrival = reduced lesson time

• Group classes: no make-ups or refunds

• Unexcused absences near performance dates may affect participation

• Participation in concerts and public events is by audition only.

• Students must demonstrate:

1. Vocal control, musicality, and diction
2. Stage presence and movement
3. Microphone technique
4. Appropriate costume and character work
5. Connection with the audience

• Mutual respect is expected at all times

• Gossip, negativity, or bullying toward staff, students, or families is strictly prohibited

• Parents are not permitted to interrupt classes or instruct other children

• VocalArt reserves the right to dismiss students for disruptive or disrespectful behavior

• Social media behavior that reflects poorly on VocalArt may lead to removal

By enrolling, you grant permission for VocalArt to use photographs or video of your child in promotional materials (website, social media, YouTube).

• Termination notice must be submitted in writing

• Tuition remains due for 30 days after notice or withdrawal

• Unpaid balances may result in withheld participation or collections

• VocalArt may terminate enrollment for continuous violations of this agreemen

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above. I understand that my child’s participation in public performances is conditional upon meeting VocalArt standards. I agree to fulfill all financial, behavioral, and scheduling responsibilities.
